Thanks for taking a peek at Zimboga. This site is not often updated but it’s content is still useful if you want to understand more about me and my yoga.
I use this site to provide access to material for my students. This material can be past flows that I planned ahead (mostly I don’t write the classes down in digits) or video tutorials for postures or combinations of postures. This site is also useful when someone is considering mu class but wants to know more before committing.
