Class Structure

Classes can vary dramatically but there is a typical class structure. The graphic below can help you understand what to expect. I created this to share with substitute teachers.

As you can see, almost anything is possible. This class format is the most common but is not used if I do a specialty class. Examples of specialty classes are: acro-yoga, yin, restorative, dance or full workshops (arm-balances and inversions).

All my classes are ‘all levels’ but are in 2 categories. Zimboga is focused on advanced students but accommodates beginners. Zimboga Lite is focused on beginners but accommodates advanced yogis.
